Returns and order support

For purchases from Abundant Improvements, contact brentgarrett028@outlook.com with your order number before sending any item back. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send returns to a supplier without authorization.

Eligible unopened returns

Except for Grazly skincare and items marked final sale, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Gift sets must be complete. Return shipping for a change of mind is your responsibility; original shipping charges are not refunded.

Brand exceptions

Grazly: Skincare is not eligible for routine change-of-mind returns. Contact us about damaged, defective, or incorrect items promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Soaplicity: Eligible unopened returns are for store credit. Returns over $100 are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Opened or used products are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description, and photos when available. Keep the product and packaging while we review the issue. We will coordinate an appropriate replacement or refund. Routine return exclusions do not remove any rights that apply to defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refunds and cancellations

We will notify you after reviewing a return. Approved monetary refunds are issued to the original payment method; bank posting times vary. To request a cancellation or address change, email us as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once processing or shipment begins.
